帕金森病患者睡眠障碍的多项睡眠图、多次睡眠潜伏期试验分析

摘　　要：目的：分析帕金森病患者的睡眠情况、患者出现睡眠障碍的相关特点及原因等。方法：选择160例帕金森病患者作为试验中的干预组，再选择同时间段内无中枢神经疾病的160例对象作为试验的参照组，利用多项睡眠图监测及多次睡眠潜伏期试验法对两组对象的睡眠结构等一系列指标进行分析。结果：干预组患者的各项指标都与参照组对象之间存在一定程度的差异，组间比较差异也存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：应用多项睡眠图监测及多次睡眠潜伏期试验对于患有帕金森病患者的睡眠情况分析结果，可作为对此病诊治的参考。Objective： To analyze the characteristics and causes of sleep disorders in patients with Parkinson＇s disease. Methods： 160 cases of patients with Parkinson＇s disease in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were treated as the intervention group in the experiment, and in the same period 160 cases without CNS disease were selected as the reference group. By polysomnography and the multi- ple sleep latency test method the subjects sleep structure and other relevant indicators of the two groups＂ were analyzed. Results：There was a certain degree of difference between the indexes of the patients in the intervention group and the reference group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： According to the analysis of patients with Parkinson＇s disease, the application of polysomnography and multiple sleep latency test is relatively effective, which is worth promoting.
