摘  要:为准确评估高环温、强电流下胶浸纸换流变压器阀侧套管的热性能,通过夏季负荷高峰期?800k V特高压直金华站换流变压器的运行温度测量,及双12脉动阀组换流变压器侧电流频谱特征的仿真分析,设计了模拟90℃换流变压器油温和50℃阀厅空气温度的高环温强电流下的套管热点温度试验测量系统;利用轴径向测温法掌握了胶浸纸换流变压器阀侧套管芯体温度分布特征;建立用于热点温度暂态值计算的指数函数模型,提出了基于热时间常数的IEC套管稳态温度修正方法。该研究结果可为特高压胶浸纸换流变压器阀侧套管电热耦合优化设计及运行工况下热性能的考核和评估提供方法及理论指导。For the purpose of evaluating the thermal behavior of resin-impregnated paper valve side bushing in UHVDC converter transformer under high temperature and heavy load current environment accurately, operating temperature of converter transformers in ±800kV UHVDC JINHUA converter station was measured during the period of height power load in summer, moreover harmonic current spectrum of converter transformer in the side of double 12 pulse converter valve was simulated. Based on these results, a bushing hot-spot temperature measurement imitating 90° celsius oil temperature in converter transformer and 50° celsius air temperature in valve hall was designed. Meanwhile temperature distribution characteristic in the core of resin-impregnated paper valve side bushing was obtained by using axial and radial thermometric method. An exponential function mode is defined for transient hot-spot temperature calculation, and a correction method for IEC steady temperature was proposed. All research results are beneficial for electro-thermal optimization design, thermal test and performance evaluation under operation condition.
