摘　　要：近年来医疗纠纷频发,医患关系紧张,除了患者因受病痛折磨而产生的不理解、政府对医疗市场投入不足、相关部门监管不力等因素外,还有一个重要因素是医生的机会主义行为。分析了医生产生机会主义行为的原因、其实施机会主义行为的主要形式,以及如何对其进行治理,以此来缓解当前紧张的医患关系,改善医疗市场环境。In recent years, medical disputes occur quite frequently and doctor- patient relationship becomes more and more tensional. There exists an important factor of doctors＇ opportunistic behavior besides patients＇ misunderstanding caused by disease suffering, governments＇ under-investment in medical market, and imperfect supervise of the relevant departments. This paper analyzed the reasons and main forms of doctors＇ opportunistic behavior and how to solve it, and thus to improve the tense doctor- patient relationship and medical environment.
