摘　　要：随着中央反腐决心的不断深化以及各类财务跟踪审计的不断推进,建立公开、透明、高效的财务管理制度与财务管理平台十分关键。文章针对当前高校财务管理的实际需求,设计开发了基于工作流的高校财务审批管理系统,对提高高校财务管理水平具有重要的现实意义。With the deepening of the central anti-corruption resolution and the continuous promotion of various financial tracking audits, which is crucial to establish an open, transparent and efficient financial management system and financial management platform. In view of the actual needs of the current university financial management, this paper designs and develops university financial approval management system based on workflow, which has important practical significance for improving the level of university financial management.
