摘  要:目的寻找建立大鼠无血预充非停跳体外循环术后认知功能障碍模型的简便方法。方法 SD大鼠20只,0.2%戊巴比妥钠溶液腹腔注射麻醉。经由锁骨上入路右上腔静脉穿刺引流,尾动脉穿刺灌注,隐动脉穿刺监测血压。术中持续监测心率、血氧饱和度及肛温。转流流量维持在100 ml/(min·kg),转流中根据血气结果适当补充葡萄糖酸钙、潘南金(门冬氨酸钾镁注射液)和碳酸氢钠调整血气指标,体外循环转流60 min。结果 16只大鼠成功存活,存活大鼠术后一天均可完成水迷宫训练。结论此种改良穿刺方法建立的体外循环模型,创伤小、简便易行,可用于术后行为学检测。Objective To explore a convenient method of cardiopulmonary bypass POCD model in rats.Methods Twenty Sprague Dawley rats were anesthetized with Pelltobarbitalum Natricum i.p.Right upper vena cava was punctured for the drainage of blood and caudal artery for perfusion.Heart rate,anal temperature and blood oxygen saturation were monitored.Meanwhile,the blood gas indexes were measured and adjusted during the operation.The flow of CPB was maintained 100 ml/( min·kg) and time interval of CPB lasted for 60 mins.Results 16 models were established successfully and all of which were able to complete the water maze training the day after operation.Conclusion The CPB model established by the improved puncture method can shorten the operation time and reduce the difficulty of operation with more convenience and less trauma.
