不同时间开始肠道准备在内镜下结肠息肉切除术中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨不同时间开始肠道准备在内镜下结肠息肉切除术中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年6月我院消化科收治的154例行内镜下结肠息肉切除术的患者作为研究对象。依据术前肠道准备开始时间不同,将其分为实验组(手术当日肠道准备,77例)和对照组(手术前日肠道准备,77例)。对比观察两组术中肠道清洁度,统计不良反应。结果实验组肠道清洁优良率(96.1%)与对照组(97.4%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组用药后恶心13.0%、腹痛2.6%、呕吐1.3%、饱胀感9.1%,不良反应率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手术当日早晨一次性肠道准备可获得与手术前日起分次肠道准备相当的肠道清洁质量,且不增加不良反应,不干扰患者前日生活及睡眠,安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect of intestinal preparation in endoscopic colonic polypectomy at different time. Methods A total of 154 patients undergoing endoscopic colonic polypectomy were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017. The patients were divided into experimental group （the same day preparation, 77 cases） and the control group （preoperative bowel preparation, 77 cases）. Contrast observation of the two groups of intraoperative intestinal cleanliness. Results The excellent rate of intestinal cleaning in the experimental group （96.1%） was compared with that of the control group （97.4%）, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The experimental group received nausea 13.0%, abdominal pain 2.6%, vomiting 1.3%, satiety 9.1%, and the adverse reaction rate was compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion On the morning of the operation, one-time bowel preparation is available to obtain the intestinal cleaning quality comparable to that of the intestinal tract before the day of operation, without adversely affecting the patient＇s day before life and sleep, safe and effective.
