摘 要:采用2005—2015年长江沿岸11省市的面板数据,运用复合系统协同度模型测度了各省市产学研协同创新的协同度,并实证分析了产学研协同对各省市创新绩效的影响。研究表明:各省市产学研创新系统的协同度、创新绩效处于改善状态,但整体水平偏低;企业与科研院所各自内部协同、政府的支持对区域创新绩效产生了明显的积极影响,且影响系数较大,而产学研全面协同及高校自身内部协同的影响力却不及预期;人力资本、产权制度安排、地区市场化水平在区域创新中也发挥着作用。最后,提出了相应建议及对策。Using panel data of 11 provinces in Yangtze River Economic Belt during 2005-2015 and synergy degree model to measure the synergy degree of industry-university innovation system. An empirical study was carried out to analyze the impact of industry-university synergy on regional innovation performance. The result shows that the synergy degree of industry-university innovation system and regional innovation performance is gradually improved, but the overall level is not optimistic; The internal collaboration of enterprises and research institutes, government support have significant impact on regional innovation performance, what' s more ,the influence coefficient is large.But the impact of the industry- university overall synergy degree and university's internal synergy is less than expected. "Human capital", "property right system arrangement", "regional marketization level" also have significant impact on innovation performance. Finally, relative policy recommendations are proposed.
