摘  要:为了更好地检测和修复反渗透膜,提出一种基于PLC的反渗透膜集成测试与自动清洗系统,对其硬件和中央控制器PLC软件进行了研究设计。随机抽取5支受污染的反渗透膜进行了清洗前后的对比,结果表明,修复后平均产水量增加达36%,实现了抗污防堵的反渗透膜自动清洗和循环利用,有效降低了反渗透系统的运行成本。经工程化应用验证表明,集成测试与自动清洗系统能够快速高效地清洗修复反渗透膜。For better testing and repairing reverse osmosis membrane, a PLC based integrated testing and cleaning system of reverse osmosis membrane is described. Especially its hardware and central controller PLC software are studied and designed. Five polluted reverse osmosis membrane are randomly selected for comparison before and after cleaning. The results show that after repairing mean water output of the membranes tested are gained by 36%, realizing the automatic cleaning and cycle use of anti-polluting and anti-blocking reverse osmosis membrane and reducing the operating cost effectively. The engineering application verifies that the integrated testing and cleaning system could clean and repair reverse osmosis membrane efficiently and fast.
