摘　　要：以企业标准体系系列国家标准为基本依据,针对企业标准体系建设新要求,分析了重新调整后的企业标准体系结构;同时以油气管道为例,指出该领域标准体系存在的问题,提出从国家、行业到企业层面构建一套涵盖全生命周期、系统全面、协调统一、科学合理、水平先进、国际接轨的油气管道领域标准体系建设新思路。On the basis of the enterprise standard system and the series of national standards, the structure of new enterprise standard system is analyzed in light of the new requirements of enterprise standard system construction. Taking oil and gas pipeline as an example, the problems existing in the related oil and gas pipeline standards are pointed out, and a new idea for the establishment of oil and gas pipeline industry standard system is put forward, which covers the whole life cycle of pipeline, and is comprehensive and coordinated, unified, scientific and reasonable, advanced and in line with international standards.
