摘  要:食品是一门多学科交叉的专业,食品专业英语是培养国际化人才的一门重要课程。课程的开设拟通过教学实践,图片示例、英文食品工业视频等引发学生学习兴趣,通过自学、自讲和讨论实现知识的掌握,通过看视频,听写及翻译,使学生听说读写译得到全面提高。如何培养学生对食品专业英语的兴趣,培养出高素质的食品专业国际化人才是本文重点讨论的内容。Food science is a multi-disciplinary subject, and food professional English is one of the most important courses to cultivate international talents. The selection of courses contents, utilization of flashes, pictures, videos to attract the interests of students. Students could have a good command of food knowledge through self-study, giving presentations and discussion. In order to improve the listening, speaking, reading and writing, watching videos, dictating, translation and writing were practiced in and after classes. This study is focused on development of students' interests on |hod professional English to cultivate the international talents.
