摘　　要：医学微生物学是一门重要的基础医学课程,培养目的是让学生系统的掌握病原微生物的基本知识以及熟练掌握实验操作技能。目前医学微生物学实验教学受课时、教学条件和生物安全等因素的限制,教学内容仅仅局限于若干较为简单的基础实验,一些重要的高危、高致病性微生物实验无法展开。虚拟仿真教学通过创建一个虚拟仿真的实验过程,使学生通过体验式学习,了解更多的因各种因素而不能开设的实验项目,不仅能开阔学生视野,更能激发学生学习的主动性和积极性。Medical microbiology is an important basic medical course, and the goal is to naake students learn the basic knowledge of pathogenic microorganisms and mastering the experimental operation skills. The current teaching situation of medical microbiology experiment is limited by teaching time, teaching conditions and the biological safety factors. The teaching content is limited to a number of relatively simple basic experiments, and some important experiments with high risk, concerning high pathogenic microorganisms are difficult to carry out. By creating a virtual simulation teaching experiment process, the students could learn by experience and learn more experiments with high risk. The application of virtual simulation in medical microbiology experinaents could not only broaden students＇ horizons, but also stimulate learning initiative and enthusiasm.
