摘  要:在我国教育强国、科技强国政策的推动下,近年来研究生教育的迅猛发展,研究生数量逐渐庞大化,加强导师队伍建设对保证研究生教育质量起着关键作用。探讨了改革开放以后出生的35岁及以下青年教师作为导师队伍的新生力量,在研究生培养过程中发挥的作用和面临的挑战。针对青年教师如何成功实现从"学生"角色到"导师"角色的过渡,提出了应用"教学相长"模式塑造为一名具有现代教育理念的优秀导师。Following the policy of Chinese government in the area of education, science and technology, graduate education has gained rapid development in recent years; and the number of graduate students is gradually increasing. The quality of supervisor team plays a key role in guaranteeing the quality of postgraduate education. This paper focused on the development of the young supervisors under the age of 35 who was born after the reform and opening up and act as the fresh blood of the supervisor team, as well as challenges in the postgraduate education. An exploration of "Teaching and Learning" philosophy in the postgraduate education for young supervisors is proposed, which can guide the successful transition from "student" to "teacher" in the early career.
