面对“双一流”建设 一般地方高校如何作为

摘　　要：面对"双一流"建设,一般地方高校既不能失去信心,置之度外,也不能急功近利,盲目跟风。应明确和坚定"培养一流学生,提供一流社会服务,创地域一流专业、学科、大学"的办学基本目标和方向,认真做好高素质应用型人才培养、强化应用性研究、服务区域社会发展及建设高水平师资队伍、建立健全现代大学制度等办学的重点工作和难点工作,确立科学的发展思路,着力内涵建设,强化校地合作,提升质量。Facing 'Double First-Class' construction,the general local colleges and universities should not lose confidence and disregard,cannot be eager for quick success and immediate gain,also cannot be blind.They should not forget the early heart.They also should firm the Basic goal and direction of school running such as training first-class students,providing first-class social services and creating a regional first-class professional,disciplines,universities.The key work and difficult work of school running should be conscientiously done,such as training highly qualified applicationoriented personnel,strengthening applied research,serving regional social development,building high-level faculty,and establishing and improving modern university system.They also must establish scientific development ideas,focus on the connotation construction,strengthen school and land cooperation,and promote quality.
