摘　　要：目的回顾分析院内新生儿复苏领导小组工作对降低新生儿窒息发生率和死亡率的作用,为探索新生儿复苏培训长效机制提供参考依据。方法收集2011-2016年衡阳市所有县级及以上助产机构院内新生儿复苏领导小组工作情况,分析培训、督导及新生儿窒息病例评审等情况。结果 2011-2016年新生儿窒息发生率由3.10%下降至1.85%(χ2=182.21,P<0.001),新生儿窒息死亡率由162.99/10万下降至30.99/10万(χ2=51.27,P<0.001),发生率和死亡率变化有统计学意义。结论院内新生儿窒息复苏领导小组加强了操作技能培训,增加产儿科合作,可以有效降低新生儿窒息发生率和窒息死亡率。Objective To analyze the working effects of neonatal resuscitation leading group on reducing of neonatal asphyxia incidences and death rate , in order to provide base for neonatal resuscitation training. Methods All the working data of neonatal resuscitation leading group was collected from all the delivery institutions at county level and above the level in Hengyang city from 2011 to 2016, then the data of training and supervisor of neonatal resuscitation, and severe asphyxia cases reviewing were analyzed. Results From 2011 to 2016, the incidence of neonatal asphyxia have dropped from 3.10% to 1.85% （x2 = 182.21, P 〈 0. 001 ）, and neonatal asphyxia death rates have dropped from 162.99/105 to 30.99/105 （x2 = 51.27, P 〈 0.001 ）, and the changes was statistical significance respectively. Conclusions Hospital neonatal resuscitation leading group not only can strengthen the operation skill training, but also increase the pediatrics cooperation, and reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and neonatal asphyxia death effectively.
