摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是我国实现新型工业化道路和建设创新性国家的重要一步,起着举足轻重的作用。本文结合华北科技学院采矿卓越工程师培养体系建设与改革,在系统分析了当前教育模式中的弊端之后,提出了基于采矿卓越工程师培养的产学研合作教育模式的基本思路,旨在培养出一批具有扎实理论基础、较强工程技术实力和创新能力的高质量采矿工程师。'Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program' is an important step for China to achieve a new road to industrialization and to build an innovative country,playing apivotal role.Based on the analysis of the drawbacks of the present educational model,the paper puts forward the basic train of thought of cultivating the cooperative education model of producing,learning and research based on the excellent engineer of mining,aiming at cultivating agroup of students who have a solid foundation of the education system of mining excellent engineers in North China Institute of Science and Technology,so as to cultivate theoretical basis,stronger engineering and technical strength and innovative ability of high-quality mining engineers.
