摘　　要：公安派出所的刑事侦查活动存在许多不规范或违法情形,需要检察机关施以监督。然因现行检察监督方式、手段、范围的限制与检警关系定位等因素,致使检察监督效果欠佳。在实践中,各地检察机关探索出了网上监督平台、驻乡镇或社区检察室和驻派出所检察室等监督模式,取得了较好的监督效果,但仍存在不少问题。故此,需要完善立法规定,普及新的监督手段、拓宽监督途径和范围,树立检警协作理念,实现对侦查活动的全程监督,以保障公民合法权益不受侵犯,提升刑事案件侦查质量。There are many irregular or illegal circumstances in the criminal investigation implemented by police station,so it is necessary for prosecutorial supervision. However,as the limitations of the method,mode and scope of procuratorial supervision,and the relationship between the procuratorate and police,the procuratorial supervision is not effective. In practice,various areas have explored the online supervision platform,the township or community prosecution room and the procuratorial station of the police station,etc. the effect of supervision is better,but there are a few problems. Hence,it needs to improve legislation,to popularize the innovative ways of supervision and broaden the means and scope. Therefore,it is also important to set up the cooperative concept between police and procuratorate for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens and improving the investigation quality of criminal case.
