奥拉西坦辅助多奈哌齐治疗老年脑梗死认知障碍疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨奥拉西坦辅助多奈哌齐对脑梗死后老年认知障碍患者的疗效及生活质量的影响。方法选取医院收治的112例脑梗死后老年认知障碍患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组56例。两组均给予盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组加用奥拉西坦,对比两组临床治疗效果以及治疗后的生活质量。结果两组治疗后Mo CA量表、MMSE量表评分均较治疗前有明显上升(P<0.01),但观察组上升更为明显(P<0.01);治疗后观察组SIS量表评分中的各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率为89.29%,高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论奥拉西坦辅助盐酸多奈哌齐治疗脑梗死后认知障碍,可有效改善患者的认知功能及生活质量,疗效好,且安全性高。Objective To explore the effects of oxiracetam combined with donepezil in the treatment of cognitive impair^nent of cerebral infarction and the impacts on quality of life in senile patients. MeAods A total of 112 senile patients with cognitive impair^ment of cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group （n=56, respectively）. The two groups were treated with donepezil and the observation group was additionally treated with oxiracetam. The effects and post-treatment quality of life between the two groups were compared. RMultS The post-treatment MoCA scale and MMSE scale scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment （P 〈 0.01）, but the increase in the observation group was more obvious （P 〈 0.01）; after the treatment, the scores in SIS scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01）; the overall response rate （ORR） in the observation group was 89.29%, higher than that in the control group of 62.50%（P 〈 0.01）; the incidence of the adverse reactions between the two groups showed no statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with donepezil can effectively improve the cognitive function and quality of life of patients, and has good effects and high safety in the treatment of cognitive impair^nent of cerebral infarction.
