摘 要:机械传动系统的动力学特性直接影响设备本身的安全和产品质量,针对机械主传动系统扭矩放大倍数过大时主要依靠经验调整传动零部件结构尺寸的问题,推导了直串扭振系统双边阶跃加载的动力学响应通解模型。以某轧钢厂的原始数据为基础,将解析结果与MATLAB/Simulink框图解进行了对比验证,结果证明二者具有完全的一致性。以此为基础,对该轧机的直串传动系统进行结构参数优化研究,优化结果表明通过优化某部件的刚度可以显著降低最大扭矩放大倍数,提高传动系统的安全性。The dynamic characteristics of mechanical drive systems have a direct impact on the safety of equipments and quality of products. A general solution model for the dynamic responses of a straight string torsional vibration system was derived to solve the problem that the structure sizes of transmission parts are adjusted by experience,when the mechanical torque amplification on the mechanical drive system is too large. Based on the raw data of a rolling mill,the analytical results were used to compare with the block diagram of MATLAB/Simulink. The compared results show that they are well consistent. On the basis of the proposed model,the structure parameters optimization of the rolling mill was applied to solve the problem of the large torque amplification factor. The optimization results show that the maximum torque multiple can be greatly reduced by changing the stiffness of a component,and the safety of the transmission system can be also improved.
