摘　　要：目的了解宁波市公众对食品安全监管工作的满意度情况和公众对食品安全的认知度,分析影响公众食品安全满意度的因素,为政府部门进一步完善食品安全监管工作提供借鉴和参考。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,根据经济水平和地理位置,在宁波市6个区,每个区随机抽取3个街道,进行偶遇拦截调查,并分析主要影响因素。结果公众食品安全满意度得分均值2.85分,公众认为存在较大食品安全隐患问题的食品类型前三位为肉制品类(61.15%),乳制品类(49.71%)和油脂类(53.99%),公众最担心的食品安全隐患类型前三位为农药残留超标(67.16%),滥用食品添加剂(65.10%)和违法添加非食品物质(62.30%);调查公众中有94.73%的公众关注食品安全,遇到食品安全状况时55.39%的公众选择与经营者交涉。信息来源方面,公众最相信政府网页或热线。多因素logistic回归分析得出打击违法行为力度、信息公开、对监管部门工作满意度情况、食品安全信息宣传和性别等因素为公众食品安全满意度的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论公众对食品安全满意度处于一般水平,政府相关部门应根据影响公众食品安全满意度的关键因素,提出有针对性的措施,增加公众对政府部门的信任度。同时通过宣传指导,增强公众食品安全意识。Objective To understand the customer satisfaction and awareness on food safety supervision in Ningbo city,and to analyze the influencing factors for the satisfaction,in order to provide evidence for the improvement of food safety supervision of local government. Methods A street intercept survey was conducted in total 18 communities from 6districts using stratified random sampling method selected based on the economical level and geographical location in Ningbo city. Results A total of 1 256 customers were surveyed,the mean public satisfaction score on food safty supervision was 2.85.The top three food types with the most serious safety problems were meat products（61.15%）,dairy products（49.71%）and cooking oil（53.99%）,and the top three most public concerned food safety issues were pesticide residues contamination（67.16%）,the abuse usage of food additives（65.10%）and illegally adding non food substances（62.30%）.94.73% of customers showed their great concerns about food safety,and 55.39% customers claimed that they would fight with unsafe food providers.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that the intensity of crackdown on illegal activities,information disclosure,satisfaction with the work of supervision department,food safety information propaganda and gender were major influencing factors for public food safety satisfaction（P〈0.05） Conclusions Customer satisfaction level on food safety supervision in Ningbo is not high,therefore,local government need to put more efforts on food safety supervision in order to improve local food safety and to increase public satisfaction level.
