自固化磷酸钙充填剂根充后的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的评价自固化磷酸钙根管充填剂作为根管充填材料的临床疗效。方法选择150颗根尖周炎患牙,随机分为2组,分别用自固化磷酸钙根管充填剂和牙胶尖加氧化锌丁香油碘仿糊剂充填根管。观察根充后1年的临床情况,评定疗效。结果自固化磷酸钙根管充填剂治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自固化磷酸钙充填剂是一种良好的根管充填材料。Objective To investigate the clinical effcacy of self-setting calcium phosphate cement（CPC）in treatment of root canal flling. Method The 150 periapical teeth were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, with CPC root canal flling material and gutta percha and zinc oxide eugenol iodoform paste root canal flling. During the 1 year follow-up, clinical outcomes was observed and the effcacy was evaluated. During the 1 year follow-up of root canal flling,clinical outcomes were observed and the effcacy was evaluated. Results The effect of self-setting calcium root canal therapy group is better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The self-setting calcium phosphate fllers is a good root canal flling material.
