摘 要:根据2000和2014年遥感影像获取土地利用现状数据,采用碳排放评价模型,对长株潭经济圈碳排放量进行评估,估算碳排放生态补偿标准。结果显示:2000—2014年间碳排放总量减少;三市地均建设用地的碳排放强度均有所减少,其中长沙市的减少量最大;2014年经济圈各县(市、区)的碳排总量以湘潭市区最大,最低的是浏阳市,14县(市、区)的建设用地碳排放量以市区最大;据我国造林成本的平均值计算,长沙市区、湘潭市区和株洲市区应该向周边的县(市、区)进行生态补偿,补偿标准分别为0.27×10~8元、8.4×10~8元、4.03×10~8元;提出减少碳排放的措施。Based on the remote sensing images of the year 2000 and 2014 retrieve data of land use status, we applied the model of carbon emission evaluation to estimate urban economic sphere of Chang-Zhu-Tan carbon emissions, and estimated ecological compensation standard of carbon emission. The results showed that the carbon emissions were reduced from 2000 to 2014, the carbon emission intensity of construction land was reduced, and the reduction of Changsha was the largest. Counties and urban districts of urban economic sphere of carbon emission was largest in Xiangtan in 2014, and the lowest was in Liuyang. Carbon emissions of construction land of urban district was the largest. Based on average afforestation costs calculation of China, the urban district of Chang-Zhu-Tan should be ecological compensation for counties and urban districts of surrounding, with the compensation standards of 2700×10~3 Yuan, 84000×10~3 Yuan, 40300×10~3 Yuan. We put forward the measurements to reduce carbon emissions.
