摘　　要：目的探讨Stat3和TopoⅡα在宫颈癌患者中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2015年12月~2016年6月江西省妇幼保健院采集的宫颈鳞状细胞癌手术标本45份,设为观察组,选取子宫肌瘤全子宫切除后的15例正常宫颈组织,设为对照组。采用免疫组织化学法检测两组组织中Stat3和TopoⅡα表达水平,分析Stat3和TopoⅡα在宫颈癌患者中的表达及临床意义。结果观察组组织经免疫组织化学法测定后Stat3和TopoⅡα表达阳性率,均高于对照组(P<0.05);单因素结果显示:宫颈癌组织Stat3和TopoⅡα表达阳性率与年龄、肿瘤大小比较差异无统计学意义;颈癌组织Stat3和TopoⅡα表达阳性率与浸润情况、病理分级、淋巴结转移、宫颈癌类型及临床分期关系密切(P<0.05);相关性研究结果显示:观察组Stat3和TopoⅡα表达阳性与浸润情况、病理分级、淋巴结转移、宫颈癌类型及临床分析呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 Stat3和TopoⅡα在宫颈癌患者中均呈高表达,能直接参与疾病的发生、发展,加强Stat3和TopoⅡα水平测定能为患者后续治疗提供依据,值得推广应用。Objective To study the Stat3 and TopoⅡα expression and clinical significance in patients with cervical cancer. Methods Apply from December 2015 to June 2016 in jiangxi province health care of women and children＇s acquisition of cervical squamous cell carcinoma of the surgical specimens from 45, set as observation group, the selection of uterine fibroids all the 15 cases of normal cervical tissue after hysterectomy, set as control group. Using immune histochemical method detection in Stat3 and TopoⅡα expression levels in the organization of two groups, analyzing Stat3 and TopoⅡα expression and clinical significance in patients with cervical cancer. Results Observation group organization after immune histochemical method to determine the Stat3 and Topo Ⅱ α expression positive rate, were higher than control group（p〈0.05）; Single factor the result shows： the cervical cancer tissue Stat3 and TopoⅡα expression positive rate with age, tumor size, no statistical significance; Cervical cancer tissue Stat3 and TopoⅡα expression positive rate and infiltration, pathologic stage, lymph node metastasis, closely related to cervical cancer type and clinical stage（p〈0.05）; correlation results show： the observation group Stat3 and TopoⅡα expression positive and infiltration, pathologic stage, lymph node metastasis, the types of cervical cancer and clinical analysis was a positive correlation（p〈0.05）. Conclusion Stat3 and TopoⅡα were highly expressed in patients with cervical cancer, can be directly involved in the occurrence and development of diseases, strengthen Stat3 and TopoⅡα level measurement can provide basis for follow-up treatment for the patient, is worthy of popularization and application.
