摘  要:保研夏令营是近几年各高校抢夺优质研究生生源的一种举措,但高校对夏令营的申请条件及最终录取几乎偏向于名校学生,这一行为无疑剥夺了普通高校学生通过保研夏令营成为研究生的机会。保研夏令营中所呈现出的研究生入学机会不公平现象主要在于教育资源差异、教育分层、名校特权与文化资本差异这几大因素。改变这一局面,亟需发挥教育被视为社会平衡器的作用,以学生自身努力为主,规范高校特权为辅,使研究生招生机制的运行更加行之有效。Colleges and universities are inclined to organize summer camps for candidates of graduate education to recruit high-quality graduate students, but the criteria and admission to camps are biased in favor of those from the so-called elite schools, which deprived the ordinary college students of opportunities to become a candidate in summer camps. This mainly results from the differentiated educational resources, educational stratification, elite privilege and cultural capital differences. To tackle these problems, it is vital for higher learning institutions to really play the role of a social balancer, give significant weights to students' own efforts and downplay the privileges of colleges and universities, so as to work out an equal and efficient graduate enrollment mechanism.
