基于复合应用型人才培养的交通工程专业教学改革思考

摘　　要：针对厚基础、宽专业的人才需求,提出复合应用型人才培养的设想。通过分析交通工程专业现状和存在问题,提出以道路工程为专业背景,以培养工程技术人才为主要目标,以交通系统管理与控制为特色的改革思路。在培养中,重视工程实践能力和综合素质的提升,提出递进式教学模式、高水平综合实验平台和校外教学协同机制等改革内容,可为同类院校提供参考。Aiming at the demand of talents with solid foundation and broad specialty,the training of inter-disciplinary and application-oriented talents is put forward.Based on the present conditions and the existing problems of traffic engineering specialty,this paper puts forward the reform idea which features the traffic system management and control,taking the road engineering as the professional background,and cultivating the engineering and technical talents as the main target.This training attaches importance to improving engineering practice ability and comprehensive quality.In this training,progressive teaching model,high level comprehensive experimental platform and extramural coordination education are raised,which provide reference for similar institutions.
