摘 要:为了研究作为整车操纵稳定性重要组成部分的悬架运动学特性,利用ADAMS/Car软件建立某皮卡车双叉臂悬架多体动力学模型,并对该模型进行悬架运动学特性仿真,采用ADAMS/Insight模块对双叉臂悬架进行硬点优化。结果表明,优化后的车轮定位参数在车轮跳动过程中变化量明显减小,悬架的性能得到改善,据此可以进行悬架的优化设计。To research the suspension kinematical characteristics as an important part of the vehicle steering stability, a muhibody dynamics model of double-arm suspension of a certain pickup truck was established through the software of ADAMS/Car. The kinematical characteristics of double-arm suspension were simulated. The hardpoint for a certain model of double-arm suspension was optimized by adopting the method of ADAMS/Insight. The results show that the variatiorl of optimized wheel alignment parameters obviously decreases in the process of wheel hop, and the performance of suspension is improved, which can provide a basis for the optimum design of suspension.
