摘  要:目的分析研讨式教学方法在留学生肝胆外科临床教学中的应用,并评价其效果。方法选取某医科大学附属医院2016年6月-2016年12月在肝胆外科参加临床教学实习的留学生40人,随机分为研讨组和对照组,分别对其采用不同教学方法进行临床教学,并最终通过对学生进行迷你临床能力评测评分来评价两种不同教学方式的优劣。结果两组学生分别完成不同教学方法,并由带教老师进行迷你临床能力评测。对于简单病例而言,研讨式教学组学生的测评总分数与传统教学组无统计学差异,分别为51.6±3.4与49.4±3.7,但研讨式教学方法能明显提高学生在面谈技巧和临床诊断方面的能力。对于疑难病例而言,研讨式教学组学生的测评总分数显著高于传统教学组,分别为58.1±2.7和44.8±5.2,各分项分数也明显优于传统教学组,具有统计学显著差异。通过评测-反馈-评测的教学过程后,无论是简单病例还是疑难病例,研讨组学生第二次的测评总分数及各分项评分均显著高于第1次测评。结论评测-反馈-评测的研讨式教学方法相对于传统教学方法,在肝胆外科的临床教学中更能发挥留学生的主观能动性,通过提高学生的谈话能力和思考技巧,进而全面提升学生的临床综合能力。Objective To analyze the application of discussion teaching method in clinical teaching of overseas student in hepatobiliary surgery department. Methods We selected 40 overseas students in the Department of hepatobiliary surgery of Hospital between June 2016 and December 2016. And the students were randomly divided into study group and control group, to adopt different teaching methods in clinical teaching. Finally through the Mini-clinical ability evaluation to evaluate the two different teaching methods. Results Two groups of students completed different teaching methods, and the Mini-clinical ability evaluation was carried out by the teaching teacher. For the simple case, the score of research group students (51.6±3.4) was no significant difference from the control group (49.4±3.7), but the discussion teaching method can improve students' ability in the interview and clinical diagnosis skills. For the difficult case, the score of research group students (58.1±2.7) was significantly higher than the control group (44.8 ±5.2), and each item score was also superior to the control group. After the feedback teaching, the total score and each item score of the second assessment in research group students were significantly higher than the first assessment both in the simple and difficult cases. Conclusions The feedback evaluation teaching method can train students' innovative consciousness and independent thinking ability by improve their conversation ability and thinking skills, and it is more suitable for clinical teaching in the Department of hepatobiliarv surgery for the overseas students.
