摘　　要：目的系统评估和定量分析人类乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染与肺癌的潜在关系。方法相关文献源于中国知网、PubMed等数据库1979年1月至2015年4月的文献，提取文献中与HPV有关的数据，使用调整的OR值及采用固定或随机效应模型进行分析。结果按照纳入、排除标准，选出有效研究22篇，合计病例1645例，对照733例。合并结果显示HPV与肺癌有关（OR=5．53，95％CI：4．22～7．23，P〈0．001）；鳞癌、腺癌与之相似（鳞癌：OR=8．29，95％CI：5．23～13．15，P〈0．001；腺癌：OR=4．70，95％CI：2．73～8．09，P〈0．001）。此外，HPV16和18型亦分别与肺癌相关（HPV16：OR=5．63，95％CI：3．37～9．38，P〈0．001；HPV18：OR=4．05，95％CI：2．40～6．83，P〈0．001）。结论HPV感染与肺癌有关，尤其是鳞癌和腺癌；HPV亚型中与肺癌有关的亚型主要为16和18型，但仍需进一步深入研究以证实。Objective To evaluate systematically and analyse quantificationally the potential relationship between human papilloma virus （HPV） and lung cancer. Methods Relevant studies were identified in CNKI and PubMed （published from January 1979 to April 2015）. The data were extracted from articles on HPV, multivariable,adjusted odds ratio （OR） and a fixed or random-effects model were used for analysis. Results According to established inclusion and exclusion criteria, 22 eligible studies were selected, for a total of 1 645 cases and 733 non-cancer controls. The pooled results showed that HPV infection was associated with lung cancer （ OR = 5.53,95% CI ：4.22-7.23, P 〈0. 001） ; similar results were also observed in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma （squamous cell carcinoma： OR = 8.29,95%CI ：5.23-13.15, P（0.001;adenocarcinoma： OR ：4.70,95%CI ：2.73-8.09, P〈0.001）. Moreover, HPV16 and HPV18 were respectively associated with lung cancer （HPV16： OR = 5.63, 95% CI ：3.37-9.38, P （0.001;HPV18： OR =4.05,95% CI ：2.40-6.83, P （0.001）. Conclusions HPV infection has a strong association with lung cancer, especially squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. The main HPV subtypes associated with lung cancer are 16 and 18, but further study is needed.
