摘　　要：大学是最早以可识别的现代形式建设博物馆的公共机构之一,大学博物馆建设的宗旨是服务于社会文明的发展。新时期,高校应利用自身人才、资源和科研优势,建设大学博物馆,充分发挥大学博物馆的文化传承和创新职能。要使大学博物馆建设与相关学科和专业建设对接,将大学博物馆建设与大学文化建设结合在一起,提升大学生的文化自信与自觉。总之,要将大学博物馆建设成为优秀传统文化传承与思想文化创新的平台,从而促进大学影响力、凝聚力和创造力的提升。University is one of the earliest public institutions to develop museums in identifiable modern forms, and university museums are closely related to the development of civilization in human society. In the new period, we can make use of the historical and cultural resources of university and its city to build university museums. By playing the role of museum functions, we can carry out the general education of literature and history to enhance the cultural self - confidence and consciousness of college students. At the same time, the museum construction can be combined with university culture construction and the building of disciplines and professions. By this means, we can take effective measures to make the museum a good platform for traditional cultural inheritance and ideological and cul- tural innovation. In return; the construction of museums can enhance the university＇s educational power, creativity, cohesion and influ- ence, leading and serving the development of social civilization.
