摘　　要：文章介绍了蛋粉加工中喷干机的控制系统。以可编程序控制器 (PLC)为系统的逻辑控制 ,以专用算法工业智能仪表为系统的过程控制 ,有效地控制了变频器、蒸气阀、电磁阀、电机等。从而实现了对蛋液的喷粉过程自动控制。同时 ,通过上位监测程序 ,实现了控制参数 ,报警信息的图文显示。This article introduces the control system of drying machine in the egg powder treatment.The system,which based on the logical control of PLC and the procedure control of industrial intelligent instrument with special algorithm,can effectively controls the converter,steam cutoff valve,magnetic valve and the motor in order to realize the powder-spewing procedure of egg liquid.Meanwhile,by means of the computer monitor program,the system enables the graph and text display of the controlling parameter and the warning information.
