摘　　要：随着我国国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的不断推进,生态治理能力日益成为左右地方政府效能和地方经济发展的新变量。在民族地区城镇化进程中,基于其特殊的区位情况,生态治理问题愈加显现,主要表现为无序化的公共土地资源开发与利用、单一化的公共生态服务供给主体、同质化的公共生态法律体系配置、薄弱化的公共生态环境意识等。在未来语境中,唯有构建多元主体共治的公共生态治理格局,构建互惠共生的公共生态服务供给模式,构建软硬共治的公共生态治理法治体系,构建具有创新精神的现代公共生态保护意识,方能切实缓解民族地区城镇化进程中的生态治理困局。With the development of our country＇ s national governance system, ecological management capability has now become more and more important in local economy. In the trend of urbanization, ecological and environmental problems merged in the minority concentrated regions. To solve these problems, we must enhance the governance system which would include more governance department, improve the supply mechanism of public service, perfect the stipulation of law, and foster the environmental awareness of farmers in the minority concentrated regions.
