我国第三方冷链物流体系纵向联盟研究——以果蔬流通为例

摘　　要：文章对第三方冷链物流企业主导的果蔬流通体系和纵向联盟模式进行了介绍,并以众品集团为例,对其业务体系与纵向联盟模型作了详尽的分析。认为:第三方冷链物流体系与纵向联盟模式有利于实现果蔬农产品冷链物流的无缝链接,保证体系内上下游企业之间的整体协调与规划,并从企业内部建设的角度,如学习国外先进经验、培养专业人才等方面提出了纵向联盟的第三方冷链物流发展建议。This paper introduces the third party logistics cold chain enterprise-leaded fruit circulation system and vertical alliance mode, and takes public goods group as an example. Its business system and vertical alliance model is analyzed in detail. The paper considers that cold chain logistics system of the third party with longitudinal alliance mode is helpful to realize the seamless link of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics of agricultural products, as well as ensure the overall coordination and planning system between upstream and downstream enterprises. From the point of view of enterprise internal construction, the paper puts forward the problems and Countermeasures of the third party cold chain logistics, i.e. learn foreign advanced experience and cultivate talents.
