摘 要:轮虫和枝角类是淡水浮游动物群落的重要组成部分和优势类群,它们之间的竞争是调节水生态系统的结构和功能的主要动力之一。该研究以萼花臂尾轮虫、角突臂尾轮虫和多刺裸腹溞为材料,在不同的温度(20℃、25℃和30℃)下,比较研究了它们的临界食物密度和幼体耐饥饿能力的差异。结果表明,20℃和25℃下,萼花臂尾轮虫的临界食物密度最高;30℃下萼花臂尾轮虫的临界食物密度最低,角突臂尾轮虫最高。角突臂尾轮虫的耐饥饿时间在20℃和25℃下最长,萼花臂尾轮虫和多刺裸腹溞的耐饥饿时间分别在20℃和30℃下最短。研究结果有助于解释两种轮虫及多刺裸腹溞在不同条件下的竞争结局。Rotifers and cladocerans are important constituents and dominant groups of freshwater zooplankton communities. Interspecific competition between rotifers and cladocerans is one of major driving forces regulating structure and constituent of aquatic ecosystem. In this study, the threshold food concentrations for population growth increased and starvation abilities of B. calyciflorus, B. angularis and M. macrocopa were determined at different temperatures (20℃, 25℃ and 30℃ ). The results showed that threshold food concentration for population growth of B. calyciflorus was the highest at 20℃ and 25%, but the lowest at 30%. Threshold food concentration for population growth of B. angularis was the highest at 30℃. Starvation ability of B. angularis was the strongest at 20℃ and 25℃, those of B. calyciflorus and M. macrocopa were the weakest at 20℃ and 30℃, respectively. The results of this research will help us explain the competitive outcomes among or between B. calyciflorus and B. angularis and M. macrocopa under different conditions.
