高职院校士官人才培养的探索与实践——以南京信息职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：定向培养直招士官是依托地方高等教育资源实施军民融合培养士官的创新举措,这种定向培养的人才培养方式是新形势下拓宽部队专业技术士官来源、提升士官培养质量、推进部队士官职业化的重大举措。南京信息职业技术学院士官学院深入探索信息类专业技术士官的规律和特点,创新人才培养理念,落实人才发展规划,探索和实践培养高质量、高标准士官的新模式。Directional training of direct admission sergeants which relying on local higher education resources is an innovation measure of carrying out civilian-military amalgamation and training sergeants. This talent cultivation mode of directional training is an important measure to broaden the army sources of professional and technical sergeants, to improve the quality of sergeants training, and to promote the professionalism of the sergeants in the new situation. Sergeant College of Nanjing College of Information Technology deeply explores professional technology sergeants＂ laws and characteristics of information class, innovates talent cultivation concept, implements talent development planning, and explores and practices the new mode of cultivating high quality and high standard sergeants.
