摘　　要：硅谷无疑是世界科技园区发展的经典范本。阿伦·拉奥与皮埃罗·斯加鲁菲所著的《硅谷百年史：伟大的科技创新与创业历程（1900—2013）》一书从发展史的视角对硅谷的百年嬗变进行了编年体式的考察，并从生态系统的视角将硅谷成功的因素分为四个基础支撑条件和四个环境条件，深度剖析了硅谷得以成功的逻辑。在推进“大众创业、万众创新”，建设科技强国的背景下，深入总结硅谷发展的经验具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。Silicon Valley is the classical template of Science and Technology Park a- round the world. A History of Silicon Valley： The Greatest Creation of Wealth in the History of the Planet, written by A. Rao and P. Scarutti, analyzes the evolution of Silicon Valley over more than 100 years from the perspective of phylogeny and discusses the influential factors for its success from the perspective of ecological system. It is of significant theoretical value and practical meaning to summarize the experience of Silicon Valley against the background of Public Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the construction of Science and Technology Power.
