浅析改良下睑袋整形术在下睑松垂治疗的满意度和治疗效果

摘　　要：目的研究探析在下睑松垂的治疗中应用改良后的下睑袋整形术的满意度与治疗效果。方法选取2013年1月—2016年1月来该院进行整形的下睑松垂的患者212例,采用随机分配的方式,分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组患者为106例,采用传统下睑袋整形术;实验组患者为106例,采用改良下睑袋整形术,依据患者的实际下睑袋松垂情况,选择手术治疗的切口,切开的方式为垂直切开,暴露患者的眼轮匝肌,从而对患者眼眶隔中多余的脂肪进行去除,治疗完成后,统计比较两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗满意度。结果通过统计比较,实验组患者的两侧不对称的发生率(3.77%)、下脸外翻的发生率(2.83%)、皮肤淤血的发生率(0.94%)、睫毛脱落的发生率(1.88%)显著高于对照组患者两侧不对称的发生率(12.26%)、下脸外翻的发生率(10.38%)、皮肤淤血的发生率(6.60%)、睫毛脱落的发生率(8.49%),同时实验组患者的治疗满意度为(95.28%),明显高于对照组患者的治疗满意度为(83.02%),两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在下睑松垂患者治疗过程中,采用改良的下睑袋整形术,可以提高患者的治疗满意度,并且提高治疗效果,具有显著的应用性,值得在临床推广。Objective To research the satisfactory degree and effect of modified lower lid blepharoplasty in treatment of lower lid sagging. Methods 212 cases of patients with lower lid sagging treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two group with 106 cases in each, the control group and the experimental group were respectively treated with traditional lower lid blepharoplasty and modified lower lid blepharoplasty, and the treatment method was vertical incision thus elimi- nating the extra fat, and the treatment effect and treatment satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The statistical comparison showed that the incidence rates of anisopleural lid, lower facial ectropion, skin congestion and milphosis were obviously higher than those in the control group（3.77%, 2.83%, 0.94%, 1.88% vs 12.26%, 10.38%, 6.60%, 8.49%）, and the treatment satisfactory degree in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group （95.28% vs 83.02%）, and the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The modified lower lid blepharoplasty in treatment of lower lid sagging can im- prove the treatment satisfactory degree and treatment effect with obvious application, which is worth clinical promotion.
