摘　　要：金融反恐领域的国际法律合作是当代国际社会反恐法治的重要方面。联合国《制止向恐怖主义提供资助的国际公约》、联合国安理会的反恐融资系列决议以及国际组织金融行动特别工作组（FATF）关于反恐融资的特别建议共同构成了金融反恐国际合作法律体系的基本框架，在金融反恐国际法治合作中具有积极的作用，但其中也存在一些需要检讨与完善的问题。金融反恐国际合作法律在各国的执行情况也存在明显差异。International counter-terrorism legal cooperation in financial field is an important area of counter-terrorism strategy in international community. The United Nations International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism, Resolutions of the UN Security Council against financing of terrorism and FATF＇ s recommendations regarding financing of terrorism jointly comprise up international counterterrorism legal system in financial field and are playing an important role in international counter-terrorism cooperation. Meanwhile, problems that should be discussed and resolved can also be found in them, and obvious differences in the implementation of laws on intemationai cooperation against the financing of terrorism in countries can be recognized too.
