摘 要:溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种以腹痛、腹泻及黏液脓血便为典型临床表现的慢性肠道疾病,其病灶呈连续性弥漫性分布,主要累及结肠的黏膜及黏膜下层。据流行病学统计,UC的发病率呈逐步增高的趋势,而其病因及发病机制尚未完全明确,目前认为是多元化因素综合作用的结果。本文就与UC相关的基因、细胞因子以及相关受体的研究进展作一综述。Ulcerative colitis(UC) is a common chronic intestinal disease.The typical clinical manifestations of UC were diarrhea, bloody mucopurulent stool and abdominal pain.It is arranged in continuity diffuse lesions, mainly involving the colonic mucosa and submucosa.According to the epidemiology statistics, the incidence of UC is in rising, but its etiology and pathogenesis is still not clear.This disease could be caused by multi-factors.In this paper, we mainly summarized the genes, cytokines and receptor associated with UC, and reviewed the recent research progress in this field.
