摘  要:CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道是我国具有自主知识产权的新型无砟轨道结构,其结构特点之一是采用了高稳定性自密实混凝土作为充填材料,与轨道板形成复合结构,共同承受列车动荷载。从CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道复合结构特点及其对充填材料的特殊要求、自密实混凝土性能指标、施工关键工艺以及工程应用等方面详细介绍CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土研究与应用现状。研究和工程应用实践表明,自密实混凝土技术在我国高速铁路建设中具有广阔的应用前景,但也存在一些技术问题有待解决,应进一步加强板式无砟轨道结构用自密实混凝土配合比设计理论、施工技术和实体质量无损检测评估技术研究。CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track is a new type of ballastless track structure with independent Chinese intellectual property rights. One of its structural features is the use of highly stable, self-compacting concrete as filling material, forming with the track slab a composite structure, which bears the dynamic load of trains. This paper introduces in detail the study and application of CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless self-compacting concrete from aspects such as structural characteristics of the composite layer of the CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track and its special requirements for filling materials, performance index of self-compacting concrete, key construction technologies and engineering application. Research and engineering practices show that self-compacting concrete technology enjoys good application prospect in the construction of high-speed railways in China, but there are some technical problems yet to be solved. We should further strengthen studies on design, construction and entity quality NDT and evaluation of self compacting concrete used in slab ballastless track structure.
