铁路企业专利信息管理运用探讨

摘　　要：阐述专利信息的管理和运用在企业经营活动中的重要作用,分析铁路企业在专利信息管理和运用方面存在的问题。建议铁路企业从充分利用专利信息服务机构、与国家知识产权局和地方政府知识产权管理部门建立长效合作机制、建立基于企业产品研发创新需求的专题跟踪专利数据库、建立健全企业内部专利信息管理运用体系四方面入手,提高企业专利信息运用水平。This paper expounds on the important role of the management and application of patent information in corporate business activities, and analyzes the existing problems in the management and application of patent information in railway enterprises. It suggests that railway enterprises should make full use of the services provided by patent information service institutions, establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with the State Intellectual Property Office and intellectual property management departments of local governments, build a subject-tracking patent database based on innovation demands of corporate product R＆D, establish a sound system of corporate in-house patent information management and application, so as to start improve the application of corporate patent information.
