脑安胶囊对老年后循环缺血性眩晕病人的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨脑安胶囊对老年后循环缺血性眩晕(PCI)病人的临床疗效。方法选择本院98例PCI病人,随机分为对照组(49例)和治疗组(49例),对照组病人给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上应用脑安胶囊进行治疗。观察2组临床疗效,并评估血液流变学及后循环血流状况。结果治疗组病人总有效率为91.84%,高于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后眩晕障碍量表筛查表(DHI-S)和眩晕评定量表评分系统(DARS)评分分别为(13.15±1.98)分和(12.50±2.17)分,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后全血黏度(高切)、血浆黏度、红细胞聚积指数分别为(4.02±0.46)Pa·s、(1.52±0.14)m Pa·s和6.61±0.76,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后左椎动脉、右椎动脉和椎基底动脉平均血流速度(Vm)分别为(37.28±3.04)cm/s、(37.19±2.76)cm/s和(37.46±3.37)cm/s,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑安胶囊对PCI病人临床疗效显著,病人血液流变学指标和椎动脉、椎基底动脉血流速度得到显著改善。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Nao An capsule for patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo（ PCI）. Methods Ninety-eight patients with PCI in our hospital were randomly divided into control group（ 49 cases） and treatment group（ 49 cases）. The patients of control group received regular treatment,while the patients in treatment group were given Nao An capsule treatment on the basis of control group. The clinical effect of two groups was observed. The blood rheology and the status of the posterior circulation flow were detected and compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 84%（ 45/49）,which was higher than that of control group（ 82. 22%）（ P 0. 05）. The score of vertigo disorder scale screening table（ DHI-s）and vertigo rating scale of scoring system（ DARS） in the treatment group after treatment were13. 15 ±1. 98 and 12. 50 ± 2. 17 respectively,which were lower than those of control group（ P 0. 05）. The whole blood viscosity（ high shear）,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte accumulation index in the treatment group after treatment were 4. 02 ± 0. 46 Pa·s,1. 52 ± 0. 14 m Pa·s,6. 61 ± 0. 76 respectively,which were lower than those of control group（ P 0. 05）. The mean blood velocities（ Vm） of the right vertebral artery,left vertebral artery and vertebral basilar artery in the treatment group after treatment were 37. 28 ± 3. 04 cm/s,37. 19 ± 2. 76 cm/s and 37. 46 ± 3. 37 cm/s respectively,which were higher than those of control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions The clinical effect of Nao An capsule for PCI is distinct,and it can improve hemorrheology indexes and the velocity of vertebral artery,vertebral basilar artery significantly.
