血清及组织IGF及MMP相关指标对宫颈癌的检测意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清及组织IGF及MMP相关指标对宫颈癌的检测意义。方法选取57例宫颈癌患者为观察组,并选取同时间段的57例宫颈良性病变患者为对照组。将2组患者的血清及组织IGF及MMP相关指标水平及阳性率进行比较,并将观察组中不同宫颈癌病理分类和疾病分期患者的血清及组织IGF及MMP相关指标水平及阳性率进行比较,且以Logistic分析上述血清及组织指标水平与宫颈癌的关系。结果观察组的血清及组织IGF及MMP相关指标水平及阳性率均高于对照组,且观察组中不同宫颈癌病理分类和疾病分期患者的血清及组织IGF及MMP相关指标水平及阳性率也存在明显差异,且经Logistic分析上述血清及组织指标水平均与宫颈癌有密切的关系,P均<0.05。结论血清及组织IGF及MMP相关指标对宫颈癌具有较高的临床检测意义。Objective To investigate and analyze the value of serum and tissue IGF and MMP related indexes in the de- tection of cervical cancer. Methods 57 patients with cervical cancer were selected as the observation group,57 patients with cer- vix benign lesion at the same time were selected as the control group, then the serum and tissue IGF and MMP related indexes of the 2 groups were compared, and the serum and tissue IGF and MMP related indexes of the observation group with different patho- logic classifications and disease stages of cervical cancer were compared too, the relationship between those indexes and cervical cancer were analyzed with logistic analysis. Results The serum and tissue IGF and MMP related indexes of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, and the serum and tissue IGF and MMP related indexes of the observation group with different pathologic classifications and disease stages of cervical cancer all had obvious differences, and those serum and tis- sue indexes all had close relationship to the cervical cancer, all P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Serum and tissue IGF and MMP related indexes in the detection of cervical cancer have significant value.
