摘　　要：通过科研训练培养高素质创新型人才是当今高校重点探讨的议题之一。从本科生科研训练计划的内涵、科研训练计划对师生的要求、科研训练的能力要求与训练流程、科研训练计划课程实施流程、保障举措5个方面进行阐述,以期提升科研训练计划的教学效果,为更多优秀本科生创新创业打下基础。The progress of the society and the establishment of an innovative country depend on the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents.So,it is one of the important issues for the universities to cultivate highquality innovative talents through the research training program.The describtion is carried out from the following five aspects：the connotation of the undergraduate research training program,the requirements of the research training program for the teachers and students,the requierements for the research training ability and teaching effect,the curriculum implementation process of the research training program and the arrurance measures,in order to enhance the teaching effect of the research training program,and lay the foundation for more outstanding undergraduate students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship.
