摘　　要：随着教学改革的不断深化和人才结构的相应调整,高校实验室迎来了发展的新时期。针对高校教学实验室建设与管理中存在的问题,分别从实验设备、实验技术队伍、实验室制度3个方面进行了探讨,旨在探索适合新时期教学实验室建设与发展的新思路。With the deepening of the teaching reform and the corresponding adjustment of the talent structure,the university laboratories usher in a new period of development.Aiming at the problems existing in the construction and management of teaching laboratories in colleges and universities,the exploration is carried out from the following three aspects：the experimental equipment,the experimental technical team and the laboratory system in order to explore the new ideas suitable for the construction and development of teaching laboratories in the new period.
