摘　　要：设计了一个大型仪器设备在线管控系统,既能实时读取设备使用状态和使用人,又具有强大的分析统计功能;既能完成大型科研仪器开放共享考核工作,又能为学校合理配置已有的大型仪器设备资源、长期或短期规划大型仪器设备投入提供决策支持;系统既要实现管理目的,也考虑到界面友好、各级使用人使用方便,为大型仪器设备管理的信息化建设提供借鉴。An online management and control system for large-scale instruments and equipment is designed,which can not only display the real-time status of the equipment and users,but also have the powerful analysis and statistic function.This system can not only complete the opening and sharing evaluation of large-scale research instruments,but also provide the decision support for the rational allocation of large-scale instruments and equipment resources,and long-term or short-term planning of the investment in such instruments and equipment for the university.This system not only realizes the management goal,but also considers the friendly interface and convenient use of the people at all levels,providing some reference for the informationization construction of the management for large-scale instruments and equipment.
