摘 要:针对颜料废水高含盐、高氨氮的特点,采用蒸馏、絮凝和厌氧好氧生化组合工艺对着色剂废水处理工艺进行研究,探讨了pH值、聚铝投加量对絮凝的COD_(Cr)去除率的影响,确定了厌氧、好氧工艺的工艺参数。组合工艺处理后COD_(Cr)<300mg/L,COD_(Cr)去除率约84%,NH_3-N含量低于15mg/L,达到企业的排放要求。In view of the characteristics of high salinity and high ammonia nitrogen in pigment wastewater, the treatment process of colorant wastewater treated by distillation, flocculation and anaerobic aerobic biochemical process was studied. The influence of pH value and the dosage of PAC on the removal rate of fIocculation CODcr was discussed, and the technological parameters of anaerobic and aerobic process were determined. After combined treatment, the removal rate of CODcr is about 84% and CODCr〈300mg/L, and the content of NH3 N is lower than 15mg/L, so as to meet the requirement of enterprise emission.
