单病种护理质量标准在老年消化性溃疡患者中的应用

摘　　要：组织老年消化内科相关护理人员,在《单病种护理质量手册》基础上,从老年消化性溃疡患者入院时、住院期间、出院时3个不同阶段疾病特点出发,制定了老年消化性溃疡单病种护理质量标准,并应用于临床。单病种护理质量标准的应用,提高了患者满意度、护理质量和患者健康教育知晓率,同时护士业务考核成绩也显著提高。对老年消化性溃疡患者实施单病种护理质量标准管理,能够规范护理工作流程,提升护士整体素质和业务水平,改善患者就医体验。Based on the ＂single disease nursing care quality manual＂, from the characteristics of three different stages of disease in admission, hospitalization and discharge, the nursing staff in the Department of Elderly Digestive Medicine were organized to develop the elderly peptic ulcer single disease care quality standard, and it was applied in clinical practice. After the implementation, the patient satisfaction, care quality and patient health education awareness were improved, furthermore, the nurses business assessment results also increased significantly. The use of single disease care quality standard management on elderly patients with peptic ulcer can standardize the nursing work processes, improve the overall quality of nurses and business, and improve patient medical experience.
