摘　　要：目的探讨Solitaire支架辅助弹簧圈治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的可行性及安全性。方法选取许昌市人民医院收治的61例颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者,随机分为对照组30例和观察组31例,对照组予以常规弹簧圈栓塞治疗,观察组实施Solitaire支架结合弹簧圈治疗,比较2组临床治疗效果、并发症发生率及治疗前后日常生活能力(BI)评分。结果观察组填塞优良率为96.77%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.45%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组BI评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Solitaire支架辅助弹簧圈治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤,疗效显著,安全性高,可改善患者日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of Solitaire stent assisted with coil in the treatment of in-tracranial wide-necked aneurysms. Methods A total of 61 patients with intracranial wide necked aneurysms admitted in Xuchang People＇s Hospital from September 2013 to July 2016 were randomly assigned to the control group（n = 30） and observation group （n = 31）. The control group was treated with conventional coil embolization, while the observation group was treated with Solitaire stent assisted coil therapy. The clinical curative effect, the incidence rate of complications and the daily living ability （BI） score were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent packing density of the observation group was 96.77% （30/31）, which was higher than that of the control group （73.33%,22/30）. The difference was statistically significant （P-0.05）. The in- cidence rate of complications in the observation group was 6.45% （2/31）, which was lower than that in the control group （30.00% ,9/30）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the BI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Solitaire stent assisted coil in the treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms is effective and safe,which can improve the patients＇ daily living ability.
