摘　　要：鲁拉西酮是一种新型非典型抗精神病药,已被FDA批准用于治疗成人精神分裂症和双相障碍重性抑郁发作。这两个适应症均属于严重的精神疾病,鲁拉西酮的出现为患者带来了更多的用药选择。由于鲁拉西酮结构中存在6个手性中心,许多企业与机构对其合成方法和生产工艺进行了研究和优化。本文对鲁拉西酮的研究进行综述。Lurasidone is a novel atypical antipsychotic drug, which has received accelerated approval from the FDA for the treatment of adult schizophrenia and bipolar depression. The schizophrenia and the bipolar disorder are both serious mental illness. The emergence of Lurasidone provides more medication options for the patients. Many enterprises and institutions have done much research and optimization in synthesis methods and production process due to the presence of six chiral centers in the structure of Lurasidone. This article is to review the research of Lurasidone.
