滋肾化痰方对肿瘤骨转移患者血清BSP指数及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋肾化痰方联合唑来膦酸对肿瘤骨转移患者生活质量的改善及对血清BSP指数的影响。方法:采用前瞻性、随机对照研究方法,将60例肿瘤骨转移患者按照1:1随机分为中西医结合组和西药组。中西医结合组给予滋肾化痰方和唑来膦酸联合治疗,西药组单独给予唑来膦酸治疗。采用EORTCQLQ-SF-36生活质量调查问卷评分,检测血清BSP指数,对骨疼痛程度进行评分比较。结果:在躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、物理症状及整体健康状况方面评分中西医结合组比西药组下降明显,与西药组评分比较差异有统学计学意义(P<0.05),中西医结合组血清BSP指数比西药组下降明显,两组比较差异有统学计学意义(P<0.05)。中西医结合组疼痛缓解程度明显优于西药组,与西药组评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾化痰方联合唑来膦酸具有明显改善骨转移癌患者生活质量、降低血清BSP指数、减轻骨疼痛程度的作用。Objective： To investigate the Zishen Huatan Formula combined azole phosphonic acid to the improvement of the quality of life in patients with bone metastases tumor and its influence on serum index of BSP. Methods： By using prospective,randomized,controlled study method,60 cases of tumor patients with bone metastases according to 1： 1 were randomly divided into the integrative medicine group and the Western drugs group. The integrative medicine group was given Zishen Huatan Formula and azole phosphonic acid combination therapy. The Western drugs group used azole to phosphonic acid treatment alone. The EORTCQLQ-SF-36 quality of life questionnaire score was used to detect serum BSP index and compare the degree of bone pain scores. Results： The physical function,role function,emotional function,physical symptoms and overall health status of score in the integrative medicine group decreased more significantly than the Western drugs group＇ s and compared with the Western drugs group,the difference had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. The integrative medicine group＇ s serum BSP index was decreased more obviously than that of the Western mediicine and the two groups had statistical meaning（ P〈0. 05）. The degree of pain relief in the integrative medicine group was obviously better than that of the Western drugs group. Compared with the Western drugs group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Zishen Huatan Formula combined azole phosphonic acid has an obvious improving effect on quality of life in patients with bone metastases carcinoma,and can reduce serum BSP index and the degree of bone pain.
