复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆症的临床效果。方法:选取2012年6月—2015年12月该院收治的老年痴呆症患者82例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者给予盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效,并在治疗前后对两组患者的日常生活能力、认知功能及记忆力等进行评估,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为90.24%、75.61%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后治疗组与对照组患者的ADL及MMSE评分均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组患者的ADL及MMSE评分明显高于对照组治疗后的评分(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后治疗组与对照组患者的ADL及MMSE评分均明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组患者的ADL及MMSE评分明显高于对照组治疗后的评分(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆症可有效提高临床疗效,并能有效地使患者的临床症状得到改善,效果优于单纯应用盐酸多奈哌齐。Objective： To explore the Fufang Congrong Yizhi Capsules combined with donepezil for the treatment of alzheimer＇s disease. Methods： During June 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital,82 cases of patients with Alzheimer＇ s disease as the research object,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group patients were given donepezil and the treatment group on the basis was given Fufang Congrong Yizhi Capsules. Compare two groups＇ clinical curative effect,and two groups＇ daily life ability,cognitive function and memory and observe adverse reactions in both groups. Results： The clinical total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 90. 24% and 75. 61%,respectively. The total effective of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with before treatment,the treatment group and control group＇s ADL and MMSE scores were significantly higher（ P〈0. 05） and the treatment group＇s were significantly higher than the control group＇s after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions had no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Fufang Congrong Yizhi Capsules combined with donepezil treatment for Alzheimer＇ s disease can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and can effectively make the patients＇ clinical symptoms improve and the application effect is superior to that of the single donepezil treatment.
